Shipping Policy
Nothing is forwarded to a warehouse you cannot telephone — orders leave Chicago directly.
Where we ship
Any United States address, PO boxes included. Super Sports Gear does not ship outside the US and will not quote for it.
What it costs
Anything at $75.00 or above ships free domestically. Below it, one flat charge of $9.99 applies.
It is shown at checkout, before payment, and it is final.
How long it takes
- Handling window: 1–2 business days.
- Transit window: 3–7 business days.
- Combined, expect 4–9 business days.
Only working days count towards those figures, and an order placed at midnight is picked the next working morning.
Store hours: Open Mon–Fri: 08:00–20:00 | Saturday: 09:00–20:00 | Sunday: 09:00–17:00.
Tracking
You get the tracking number by email when the parcel is scanned. The Track Your Order page needs only your order number and email.
If the address is wrong
What you enter is what we print. Should a parcel return undelivered, we will reship after you confirm the correct address, charged at the normal rate.
Damage or loss
Within 7 days of the scan, write to us. We deal with the carrier and you get a replacement or a refund.
Photographs speed the claim up. They are not required.
What we do not offer
Super Sports Gear does not run in-store collection for online orders, same-day delivery or booked delivery slots.
