What we accept
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, WeChat Pay, Klarna and Afterpay are the options at checkout, and that list is exhaustive.
Currency
We bill in USD. Currency conversion happens at your bank’s rate, with your bank’s charges.
When you are charged
Payment is taken in full at checkout. There is no second charge at dispatch.
Card security
Payment happens on the provider’s secure systems. We never hold a card number, and the whole session is encrypted.
Declines and checks
Nothing is charged on a decline. A temporary authorisation may appear and will disappear. If we need to check an order, you hear from us within 1 business day.
Sales tax and fees
The cart shows any applicable tax separately. There is no order fee and no surcharge for paying by card.
Refunds
Money goes back the way it came, never to a different card. Timings are on the returns page.
