What we collect
- Order details — name, shipping and billing address, email, telephone, and the items ordered.
- Account details — only if you create an account: email, a password hash, saved addresses.
- Support messages — whatever you write to us, kept alongside the related order.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and to keep the site working.
What we never see
Card data goes straight to the payment provider. We are told the outcome and nothing more.
Why we hold it
- To pack, ship and track your order.
- To answer your emails and handle returns and warranty claims.
- To meet tax and accounting obligations, which require sales records to be kept.
- To detect and prevent fraudulent orders.
Who else sees it
Delivery requires the carrier to have your address; payment requires the provider to have your billing details. Beyond that and our hosting, no one. We never sell data.
How long we keep it
We hold sales records for seven years, support messages for two, and account details until deletion is requested.
Your choices
Requests to see, correct or delete data go to [email protected] and are answered within 1 business day.
You can leave the mailing list from any email we send.
Children
We do not knowingly hold data about children under 16. If we discover any, it goes.
